Account & Data Deletion Request
In accordance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion policies, you have full control over your personal information and can permanently delete your ShariahSignal account and associated records at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App Self-Service (Instant)
Open the ShariahSignal Android App → Tap on the Profile / Account tab → Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account & Data" → Confirm the prompt. Your active session, credentials, and synced portfolios will be removed immediately.
Option 2: Online Request Form (No App Required)
If you have uninstalled the app or prefer to request deletion from a web browser, use the Online Deletion Request Form below. Enter your registered email address and submit your request.
Option 3: Direct Email to Support
Send an email from your registered email address directly to support@shariahsignal.com with the subject line "Account and Data Deletion Request".

Retention Policy & SLA
- Acknowledgement: You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your request within 24 to 48 hours.
- Verification: To prevent unauthorized deletion, a confirmation email or link may be dispatched to your registered address to verify ownership.
- Purge Execution: All active database records, caching layers, and backup replicas are purged within 30 calendar days.
- Partial Deletion: If you requested partial deletion (e.g. clearing financial transactions or watchlists only), your account credentials will remain intact while the selected dataset is expunged.
